Who we are

Pluton Technologies (OPC) Private Limited (“Pluton”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India at Ward No. 2, Shantinagar, Bagbahra, Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh 493449. We are the data fiduciary responsible for personal data processed through this website.

What this policy covers

This policy covers this website only. Our mobile application handles documents and is governed by its own in-app privacy policy and the permissions you grant on your device.

The posture there, in short: scanned images are processed and purged rather than retained, no Aadhaar numbers, biometric data, bank credentials or raw camera captures are kept on our servers, and history can be cleared from within the app. We align to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The in-app policy is the binding document for that product; this page is not.

What we collect on this website

This website is a static informational site. It has no user accounts, no login, no contact form and no comment system. We do not ask you for personal data in order to read it, and we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.

Standard server logs are generated by our hosting provider when a page is requested. These may include your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use them only to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of you or to identify you.

Third parties

We keep these to a minimum. At present:

• Our hosting provider serves the pages and generates the access logs described above.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. When your browser requests a font file, your IP address is visible to Google. If you would prefer this not to happen, a browser extension that blocks third-party font loading will prevent it; the site remains readable in fallback typefaces.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing purposes.

If you email us

When you write to support@plutontechnology.com, we receive whatever you choose to send: your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message. We use that information only to reply to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Please do not send us identity documents, financial records or other sensitive material in a first email. If we need to look at real documents together, we will agree how to handle them securely first.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, and no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies are used. That is why you are not being asked to accept any.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable laws elsewhere, you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to erase it. Because this site collects almost nothing, in practice this will usually concern correspondence you have sent us.

To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for it.

Retention

Server logs are retained for a short operational period and then discarded. Email correspondence is retained for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to, and deleted on request.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to this site that changes what is collected — analytics, a contact form, a product signup — we will update this page in the same change and revise the date at the top. We will not quietly begin collecting more than this page describes.
